YYC racks can be made by diversity materials such as S45C (medium carbon steel), SCM (chromium molybdenum steel), SCM440 (chromium molybdenum alloy steel), SUS (stainless steel), plastic (PE), and so on. Rack modules from M0.5 to M12 with 3 major lengths 500mm, 1000mm, and 2000mm. Certainly, we also manufacture CP (circular pitch) and DP (diameter pitch) dimensions for different applications.
The other critical consideration on racks selections, it should be rack quality levels. YYC provides ultra precision teeth ground racks DIN 5, high precision rack DIN 6, mid-high precision rack DIN 7, economy rack DIN 8 and against worn-out rack DIN 10 hardened racks.
